Happened early Sunday on State Road 836. Miami police Officer Lazaro Alfonso alerted Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Victor James at 3:20 a.m. that he'd followed xxxx's '03 Audi for about a mile and "noticed that the defendant was crossing over the white lines." Alfonso ''told me that he was forced to stop [xxxx] when she drove her car onto the left shoulder,'' James' report says. Xxxx, who allegedly smelled of alcohol and had trouble standing, declined to take a roadside sobriety test. During the 90-plus minutes cops had her pulled over, a motorcyclist slammed into her car, says her lawyer, Robert Reiff. "Missing her by feet. Almost wiped her out." No info on the biker's condition. Booked into jail at 8:32 a.m., she got out at 12:05 p.m. -- after posting $1,500 cash bail. Says Xxxx: "An unfortunate misunderstanding."
